by James Miller

1. Update your Myspace!

Of Course it sucks over there but things changed and you have to change with it.

2. Don't abandon your Facebook page!
Yes, they changed the rules but in fact, if you post more often, you reach more people per week because of the new algorithm.

3. Tweet something real dammit!
Use a hashtag or two, not 8. Follow some new people.  Rewteet Some Stuff that isnt a self promotion.

4.  Create a new facebook group!
let's say you are a rap group, start a facebook group dedicated to sharing rap. don't only promote your stuff, let other promote theirs and promote them too.

5. Update your YouTube channel!
things are crazy on youtube right now and google + has taken over so you may want to make sure your profile pics and channel descriptions are all correct.

6. Start a blog with blogger!
You are already hooked in with your gmail account so tie them together and blog about your videos. Give some extra insight into the process.

7.  Play a new show in a new town with a new band.
Don't worry about getting paid, just make some new friends in a new area and pass out your business cards with links to free songs.

*Of course, you may have already completed these steps and if so, sign-in to all of your accounts, upload files, update status, edit bio, change profile pic, answer messages, comment on posts, like posts and say hi to people.

See ya next time!
